Sak-Sok

Rooted in one of the defining ballads of Tatar folklore, the production examines motherly love, rash anger, remorse and eternal separation. Twin brothers Sak and Sok, turned into birds by their mother’s hasty word, are doomed to hear each other across the sky without ever meeting. Nominated for the Golden Mask National Theatre Award.
